We are starting a Cookbook project to collect recipes from ethnic groups and regions. One cookbook from many nationalities and ethnic groups. The project is based on the idea of "One from Many". Please help us with this project.

Be very sure to include at least your name and your email address before you hit "SUBMIT". Otherwise we will not be able to contact you with news about the project. Plus you will certainly want to know when the cookbook is ready to purchase.
